I agree, and the movies are often so wonderfully good.2. Get a coffee break . There's no better way to spend an hour than sipping on some delicious hot drink from your favorite store while you're at it - enjoy!3. Take a photo of something beautiful: Grab any old camera or device and shoot away because there is beauty all around us in our world, and this makes for great photography too .4. Tell the truth to someone who needs it most: We are always afraid to tell others what we truly think about ourselves; let's face that fear today with a New Year resolution like saying nice things about them - break that habit of holding back on compliments as well!5. Practice mindfulness by taking slow breaths, noticing details in our surroundings and appreciating all the little miracles around us: Be more present, not just physically but mentally too, by paying attention to what is going right now instead of panterning about yesterday or tomorrow - let go of things that you can't control (don't get worked up on your own expectations either).6. Do something creative . You don't have to be a master artist; any sort of expression will do here, like making an artsy drawing using the new app "Drawify" 7. Read one chapter from a book . It's better than not reading at all - plus it gives you that great feeling when your brain kicks into high gear (especially if there is something intriguing in said text).8. Take care of yourself for once: Don't forget to take some time out and indulge every now then, treat yo self because tomorrow may bring more stress so make this one a priority now - do it while the new year resolution can still be taken as an extension from last year's resolutions too .9. Do something nice for someone else (e.g., surprise them with their favorite drink): If you're friends are feeling down or just need some cheer in life then go ahead, give that person a break - show 'em what they mean to others around here by being there and doing things like this so when we see good news pop up later about certain people whose company we now share within these online discussion groups...don't forget those old faces either!10. Learn something new . Take online courses with "Find Work Abroad: Learn popular programming languages like Python, Java, and more for just $70 | Mashable" to make you feel like an all-knowing genius without having to get out of the bed - yes even this can be considered as learning a lot from what's offered in only minutes through some websites!11. Get rid of clutter . If your living space is filled with too many items, consider getting rid of them – if not now then when will you start clearing up that stuff after being at home all day?12. Take a power nap to refresh and feel alive: Don't let lack of energy hold you back from achieving things - use short rest periods like 15 minute power naps .13. Try something new, take the first step toward change by trying out different things – no matter what others think or expect; this year go ahead be your own self for once!14. Appreciate life itself: You may have a lot of stress from all these New Year's resolutions floating around but stop to smell that fresh cut grass - look, you're still here and breathing so take time out every now then, appreciate being part of something .15. Get moving with some light exercise like walking or even just getting up off the ground for seconds – remember we were made to do this kind movement not just sit all day long!16. Give back : Plant a tree in your community by giving back - give what you can whether through volunteer work, charity etc., show others they aren't alone and most importantly be useful .17. Work on reducing your screen time: Be more present in real life as we've discussed before but the key here is to actually remember this rule when sitting at home with Wi-Fi all day so it isn "all talk no action" – start cutting down now because too much TV does serious damage over one's perspective .18. Create a schedule, plan for self care by adding little healthy activities in daily life - say hello and good morning back to yourself every time the sun rises new!19. Take an evening walk: Fresh air is waiting right outside your door – so take advantage before you even go out there without needing this very much when really everything's working against us these days anyway .20. Get some fresh air : Go get a glass of milk while grabbing other stuff too if time - since all we ever do around here is sit, grab something else quick such as that bottle because by drinking and eating what’s good now makes life worth living!In conclusion, I think it's best to acknowledge the small things you're grateful for every day when taking these simple New Year resolutions – keep on practicing them meanwhile
