Gary Rawnsley, Professor at the University of Nottingham Ningbo China in Zhejiang province, has impressed the speed of change in China after many years working and living in the country.

In 2004, Rawnsley, from the United Kingdom, was involved in the School Foundation, the first Sino-Foreigner University will be established in China.
